Director & Co-founder, Veltrixa
Samuel Andrew Ufuoma is a Nigerian technology strategist, community development advocate, and digital innovator whose work sits at the intersection of public health, Web3, and social impact. With over a decade of experience designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, he has built a reputation for translating complex systems into tangible community benefits across Africa.
As Regional Manager at the Initiative for Health and Social Development (IHSD) and Kogi State Coordinator for the Key Population Health and Rights Network (NKPHRN), Samuel leads initiatives spanning public health outcomes, community mobilization, media strategy, and emerging technology integration. Through Veltrixa, he continues to champion digital solutions that bridge technological advancement and real-world community impact.
